About the Author
Philip G. Barnard, Ph.D., is a graduate of the University of Washington and a post doctorate fellowship at the Laboratory of Community Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Barnard is a clinician in private practice, specializing in clinical psychology, forensic psychology, and neuropsychology. He has testified on numerous occasions regarding parent-child relations, personal injury, and psychological factors in violent criminal behavior.
