The Boy Who Didn't Touch The Ball
About the Book
This little story will ring true to anyone who has coached football (soccer) to young children. It will encourage football crazy kids to read, help parents understand the game and further provide technical material for coaches and trainees to discuss, especially those that may understand the senior game but are new to the minor game.
About the Author
The author began coaching in London in the mid-seventies, and currently works
with younger age groups in Hertfordshire, England. A key component to his
playing philosophy is what players do off the ball, which is evident from the story.
Two more books are planned, based on the amusing things that children do on
the pitch and some of the game skills they might struggle to understand.
